Leavenworth, Kansas — February 14, 2018 — Republican second congressional district candidate, Tyler Tannahill, announced today an AR-15 Giveaway in support of the Second Amendment.

"There's no better way to demonstrate support of our Second Amendment rights than to offer one lucky winner a sporting rifle from the campaign," said Tannahill. "As a congressman, I'll stand up in defense of the Second Amendment against the gun-grabbing Paul Davis Democrats."

Leavenworth, Kansas — January 24, 2018 — The NFL has rejected an advertisement from AMVETS requesting that viewers respectfully stand during our national anthem.

“Like most Kansans, I love the sport of football,” said Tannahill. “My brother is a former K-State football player and played in the NFL, but I can’t sit by while an organization disrespects our country and our veterans.”

Leavenworth, Kansas — January 19, 2018 — Last night nearly every House Democrat voted against our military men and women, many serving thousands of miles away from home. Tyler Tannahill is a Marine veteran and an advocate for military veterans.

“The Paul Davis Democrats voted to shut down government,” said Tannahill. “They used our troops as a political weapon — a reckless tactic that shows their priority is not our military men and women put in harms way.”
